Dec. 2024 to Jun. 2026

As a UX designer at Capital One, I redesigned the flow for adding a virtual card as a payment method at any merchant, turning a tedious copy-paste process into a seamless experience. By testing and iterating on multiple design concepts under tight technical constraints, I delivered a solution that reduced user friction and provided a scalable way for customers to update their card information across all merchants.

Split payments in Zelle •

Oct. 2023 to Oct. 2024

As a UX Designer at Capital One, I designed and tested the end-to-end flow for creating a Zelle split request. Creating a split request allows the user to request from multiple recipients at once and calculate how much each recipient owes in-app.
